A 4* 2 rosette Hotel & Restaurant in South England is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager
Your duties will include:
ü Managing all F&B and day-to-day operations within budget and to the highest standards
ü Ensuring excellent levels of internal and external customer service
ü Leading F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
ü Establishing targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
Salary: £28000 per year
Hours per week: From 40 per week
Accommodation/ Cost: Accommodation provided at £225 per month.
Meals: provided on duty.
Training will be given on Health & Safety.
On Going training will be provided on a weekly basis.
Location: South England
